1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the jibet platform, including our website, mobile site, and any related services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and jibet, governing your use of all products and services we offer to players in the Philippines. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. jibet will never ask for your password through email, chat, or any other channel. All activities conducted through your account — whether or not authorized by you — are your responsibility until you report a security concern to us. 4. User Obligations & Platform Usage Rules
As a jibet user, you agree to use the platform solely for lawful, personal, and non-commercial entertainment purposes. You must not use jibet's services to engage in money laundering, fraud, collusion, match-fixing, or any other activity that undermines the integrity of the platform or the games offered. 5. Payments & Transactions (Philippine Peso)
All financial transactions on jibet are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). Deposits are processed through our supported payment channels, which may include local e-wallets, bank transfers, and other methods available to players in the Philippines. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed within the cashier section of your account. jibet does not charge fees for standard deposits; however, third-party payment providers may apply their own transaction charges, for which jibet bears no responsibility.
Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and compliance review before processing. We aim to process all approved withdrawals promptly, though processing times may vary depending on the chosen payment method. jibet reserves the right to withhold or delay withdrawals if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, breach of terms, or pending verification requirements. All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements, and any attempt to withdraw bonus-derived balances before meeting those requirements will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings. Transactions conducted in error must be reported to our support team immediately for investigation.
6. Limitation of Liability & Intellectual Property
jibet provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 7. Account Suspension, Changes to Terms & Governing Law
jibet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its discretion, particularly in cases involving breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, or regulatory requirements. Where an account is closed due to a confirmed violation of these Terms, any balance remaining — including deposits and winnings — may be forfeited. In cases where closure is initiated by jibet for non-disciplinary reasons, any verified funds will be returned to the player via their registered payment method. Players may also voluntarily close their accounts at any time by contacting our support team.
